By clicking “Pay” or completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) for Release Ready Mix (“Product”) sold by Recording Alchemy (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1) What you’re buying (license)
You receive a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the included templates, presets, chains, and assets to create and release your own music (commercial or non-commercial).
You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, post, or upload the raw templates/presets/stems/processing chains as standalone content (paid or free), or include them in competing products.
If collaborators will use the templates directly on their machines, each user needs their own license.
Educational/institutional or studio multi-seat use requires a separate license—contact us.
2) Requirements & compatibility
Designed for Ableton Live 11 or 12 (Suite or Standard). Other DAWs are not supported.
Many chains are stock-plugin friendly. Third-party plugins (if any are mentioned) are optional and not included.
You are responsible for confirming your system meets these requirements before purchase.
3) Delivery & access
You’ll receive instant digital access via download links and tutorial videos delivered to your email/confirmation page.
“Lifetime access” means access for the supported life of the Product while we actively offer and maintain it. We may migrate hosting or update delivery methods as needed.
4) Updates & support
Minor updates and fixes may be provided at our discretion.

(Mon–Fri, response times may vary). We cannot provide individualized mixing/arrangement coaching beyond setup and basic use.
5) Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST/sales tax) are added at checkout where required.
You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total due.
6) Refund policy (7-Day Guarantee)
Try Release Ready Mix risk-free for 7 days from your purchase date.
If it’s not for you, email support at jamin@recordingalchemy.com
within 7 days and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
After 7 days, all sales are final.
Chargebacks without first contacting support may result in license revocation and access removal.
7) Intellectual property
The Product is protected by copyright and other IP laws. All rights reserved by Recording Alchemy.
You retain all rights to the music you create using the Product, subject to these Terms.
8) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Share license keys, links, or files publicly or with unlicensed users;
Decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative products from the templates;
Use the Product to infringe others’ rights or violate any law.
9) Disclaimers
The Product is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific artistic or commercial outcomes, chart positions, or placements.
Audio results vary by source material, performance, monitoring, room, and user skill.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
11) Privacy
We process your information per our Privacy Policy (see checkout or website). Payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
12) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access (with notice where feasible) if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must delete all copies of the Product (excluding music you created while compliant with the license).
13) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply to future purchases and will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of , without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
